Lipa City, Batangas - A People For His Name Baptist Church hosted a four-day Old-fashioned Baptist camp which started last April 20 through April 23. Bro. Dione, Bro. Rudyneil, Bro. Carlo, Bro. Tirso, Bro. Renzo, Bro. John Ray and Bro. Raffy went there to see for our self the distinction of this called out assembly. True enough, they exceeded our expectations.

Godly music was played, a spiritual and zealous atmosphere was present and a straight from the Book, authoritative preaching has "eaten us up". The children were orderly, the food was excellent (and free). There were camp structures in the vicinity but due to the rains, it's use was discouraged. The tabernacled was filled as different churches from near and far came to witness this work of God in Batangas.

Several children were even encouraged to preach in the afternoon sessions. Truly an excellent place for families to be nurtured in the Word of God.

The 3-plus hour trip going to this place was worth it. Spiritual blessings have poured and ideas to bring home to our churches and our families were up for grabs - like precious jewels laid out on a table for you to get.

The camp was moderated by Bro. Robert Patenaude. Two preachers that we heard were Bro. Ben and Bro. Doug Raynes.
