Pastor Joselito Alcala, popularly known as "Pastor Bong" started shepherding people way back when he started his first mission work in Paete, Laguna. He graduated in 1992 from Bible Baptist Seminary and then afterward he completed his Bachelor of Theology in Asia Baptist Bible College in 1994. He has been the pastor of Pilgrim BBC since 1998. He is married to Charlotte S. Alcala and they have one handsome kid Charles Joseph.
